Adult Education - Adults sample numerous offerings on Sundays, Wednesdays, in small groups and on Wednesday evenings in Lent.
Children Ages 4 and older - Children's education classes are offered during the first part of the 10:30 service. Classes include a brief Chapel service followed by a Godly Play lesson. This class is opened to children 4 and up. All children are encouraged to attend at their parents' discretion. Eight devoted teachers prepare lessons each week for the children who attend.
Nursery - The Holy Family Nursery provides childcare for children from birth up to the age of three from 9:15 a.m. Christian Education hour through the 10:30 worship service. We have paid employees staffing the nursery.
Sunday Classes - include series on Emergence Christianity and current trends in theology. Bishop John Spong taught over 115 folks in the Nave and preached in the 10:30 service in late April 2013.
Homegrown offerings include Sunday series from the clergy.
Dr. Ted Hackett offered a five-week series on "Eucharistic Prayers Through the Centuries."
In Lent 2015, George Yandell is facilitating a five-week DVD series "Embracing Forgiveness" featuring Barbara Crafton.
In Eastertide, beginning Sunday, April 12, George Yandell will lead a six-week series on "The Revelation to John: The Most Misunderstood Book in the New Testament."
Wednesday Afternoon Class - reconvenes on April 15 at 5:00 p.m. in the Office Parlor. The content will be the five week DVD series "Embracing Forgiveness" featuring Barbara Crafton. Folks who missed sessions of the series in Lent may drop in to catch up. The Wednesday class offers more time for dialogue and response than the Sunday morning venue.
Education for Ministry (EfM) - Every baptized person is called to ministry. The Education for Ministry (EfM) program provides people with the education to carry out that ministry.
Bible Journey - A one year walk thru the Bible covering both the Old and New Testament
